By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, and you consent to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
E-waste: Discarded electrical or electronic devices, including components, sub-assemblies, and consumables.
User: Any individual or entity utilizing our Services.
Services: Collection, transportation, recycling, and disposal of e-waste.
Our Services are available to individuals and organizations within Malaysia who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Malaysian law.
TechWaste Recycling Malaysia provides:
Scheduled collection of e-waste from designated locations.
Environmentally responsible recycling and disposal.
Certificates of recycling upon request.
Compliance with Department of Environment (DOE) Regulations.
We strictly adhere to all Malaysian DOE regulations, holding necessary licenses and permits to legally collect, transport, and process e-waste.
Accurate Information: Provide truthful and complete information when requesting Services.
Ownership and Rights: Confirm that you are the rightful owner or have the necessary permissions to dispose of the e-waste.
Data Erasure: Erase all personal, confidential, or sensitive data from devices prior to collection. We are not liable for any data breaches resulting from failure to do so.
Proper Packaging: Ensure items are securely packaged.
Prohibited Items: Do not include hazardous materials such as:
Radioactive components.
Bio-medical waste.
Asbestos-containing materials.
Pressurized containers.
Scheduling: Collection appointments can be scheduled via our website or customer service hotline number.
Access: Grant our personnel safe and unobstructed access to the e-waste collection point.
Changes and Cancellations: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any changes or cancellations.
Service Fees: Standard collection is free for most electronic items for a minimum of three items. Fees may apply for less than three items. We receive certain items or bulk and this will be communicated in advance.
Stair Climbing Fee: If stair climbing is involved during collection due to the absence of elevator access, a fee may be applicable and will be communicated in the quote or in advance.
Payment Terms: Any applicable fees are due upon receipt of the invoice, payable via designated payment methods.
Compliance: Compliance with Department of Environment (DOE) Regulations standards, ensuring all e-waste is responsibly recycled or disposed of.
Sustainability: Committed to minimizing environmental impact through efficient reuse processes and recycling at our premise.
Reporting: Provide documentation or certificates confirming proper recycling upon request.
Limitation of Liability: TechWaste Recycling Malaysia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or violation of any laws.
Confidentiality: Implement reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Disclosure: Do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
All content on our website and promotional materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our intellectual property.
Unauthorized use of any proprietary material is prohibited.
We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, or government actions.
